Welcome to “Time Out”. Your private home is awaiting. "Time Out" is spread over a double lot with spectacular ocean views in front, a marsh view in the back, a large private heated pool in the shoulder season w/ a very nominal daily fee ), Spa, and a new elevator. Your own roof deck as well offering unparalleled views in case the deck views are not enough........... With public access to the beach just steps away, you will be deciding on a day at the beach or to enjoy a private htd pool day, horseshoes, roof deck, corn hole, our hammocks, fire pit, Spa, and your own private yard.

You can fish a few blocks away at the Cherry Grove Pier or head in the other direction a few blocks and walk/hike and tour the beautiful Heritage Shores Nature Preserve ( 5611 Heritage Dr., ) or watch the sunrise or sunset on your private 8' x 8' crow's nest atop “Time Out". This home features a one level floor plan that offers French doors onto the wrap-around deck and a swing as you gaze over the ocean. We are in the middle of a great neighborhood to enjoy the beauty of Cherry Grove! So close to North Carolina and Little River, SC to enjoy more restaurants that you can imagine....and things to so.

Open and spacious, this beach house features hardwood and tile floors throughout and no carpet. Offering all of the comforts of home, you can dine out at one of the nearby restaurants or prepare meals at home in the modern kitchen featuring a large breakfast bar. For added convenience, the kitchen is further equipped with a dishwasher, microwave and Keurig and regular coffee brewing system. An outdoor charcoal and gas grill and picnic tables also makes it possible to barbecue or have a family/friends cookout. Vacationing here, you’ll have plenty of opportunity to spend time together. When not on the beach or out fishing, you can pop a DVD in or catch a sporting event or movie on the 55" television. Complementary Wi-Fi is provided as well. And we are pet friendly! A modest pet fee of $23.00 per day will be applied. Please call about additional dogs. We are one of only a couple of private home rentals that welcomes pets (dogs), four en-suites, has a private htd pool during the shoulder season w/ a very nominal fee per day of $11.00), Spa, fire pit area, roof deck and elevator! Top that!.

This is the perfect place to escape from the day to day grind. 5 bedrooms ( all with flat-screen LED TV's; 1 king, 2 queens, 2 queens, 2 queens and 1 queen ) all conveniently located on a single living level, 5 bathrooms w 4 en-suites plus an outdoor shower; accommodates sixteen ( 16 ) for sleeping, off-street parking for at least 8 cars (motorcycle friendly) & great views from every angle. 1 bedroom can accommodate a wheelchair through both doorway of bedroom and bathroom. This bedroom is located in the same room where the elevator is located. The tub/shower in this bedroom is accessible because we cut an opening so one does not need to climb over tub and we have grab bars as well. We have a bath tub cut out so one does not need to climb over tub to get in, but rather they can walk through cut out opening for easy entry. We have bars as well for your convenience. Ceiling fans throughout entire house as well as central air conditioning provide comfort. Wiggle-your-toes-in-the-sand, cozy-up, smell-the-ocean-air, relax, & enjoy. Plenty of space and amenities offered for your next family/friends reunion, golfing, or business gathering. Thank you for your consideration!
